
iba will take place from 22th to 26th October 2023, gathering baking professionals from all over the world in the Munich Exhibition Center.
Clarity, focus and completeness are the keywords to introduce a new organization of the pavilions, in areas production technologies and equipment, raw materials and ingredients, artisan bakeries, packaging technologies. The entire exhibition area is divided into speakers, start-ups, the Academy, bakery tours, forum, the Ubic cup of Confectioners, and Oktoberfest tent. Of the 870 exhibitors expected, 74% are international.
The iba.Topics include traditional merchandise and new trends in nutrition, artisan baking, health and sustainability, as well as digitalisation, turnkey solutions, and quality management.

At the presentation in June, Susann Seidemann, director of the show, defined it as a “synonymous with innovative strength, wide and diversified merchandise, quality, relevance for the international market”.
Guest of the event also the famous baker Axel Schmitt, Baker of the Year 2022, defined bread sommelier and a celeb in TV and on social.
