Fabrizio Fiorani, just awarded Best pasty chef 2019 in Asia, treated Hong Kong to unique 3-night only collaboration with Michelin starred Chef Bombana Umberto at 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana CIAK – In The Kitchen.
After a sweet weekend at the beautiful St Regis Singapore, at the end of June, the new Best Pastry Chef in Asia Fabrizio Fiorani moved to Hong Kong.
Located in 5 Queen’s Road Central, in Hong Kong, CIAK – In The Kitchen hosted Fabrizio for a special mastercless, offering the possibility to meet the chef in person and try his special desserts such as Milk, Tiramisu, and Raspberry Splash.
On Jul 5 there was Unique 5-course “Sweet Dinner” created by the pastry chef, on 6-7 July he worked at “Weekend Brunch” with a sweet finale. Finally, Fabrizio’s delectable treats will be available A La Carte and at the Pastry Counter throughout July. “Sweet Dinner”, in particular, was a unique dining exerience created by Fabrizio, showcasing fascinating and innovative sweet delights. The menu included Dessert Milk, tiramisù, Zucchero, Raspberry splash, and Passion Fruit.
