The Chefs World Summit takes place on 26-28 November at the Grimaldi Forum, Mocaco, under the High Patronage of HRH Prince Albert II.
In the wake of the success of the first edition, this convention has beconme a go-to event for industry professionals and is showing great potential for all players in gastronoy. The 2016 summit brought togheter over 1,200 paticipants and 100 suppliers of high-quality produce. Conferences, debates and workshops addressed current issues and innovations in the industry and were the key to the event’s success.
With over 130 world-renowed speakers, the CWS won people over and go to grips with and rovided the expected new developments.
Chefs, pastry chefs, sommeliers, maitre d’hotel, chocolatiers and restaurant managers are now invited to come and write and speak about the gastronomy of tomorrow.
The CWS team of experts, speakers and committees will be there to share, exchange and pass on their experience. The Summit is a veritable hub for the culinary world and is designed to train and inspire the upcoming genariatoion and food professionals.
