
For The Queen of Taste, scheduled for next weekend – 11-12 September – in Cortina d’Ampezzo, the street food becomes gourmet. Among the chefs present at the event, also the pastry chef Denis Dianin, of the d&g Patisserie in Selvazzano Dentro, in the Padua province. His dessert Ninì, is composed of a cocoa crumble, with a layer of caramel, mango composte and coconut daquoise, all in a dark chocolate mousse.
“Promoting tourist resorts through the gastronomic events is a winning strategy”, says Dianin, “happy to participate for the second time in this event”.
