The 3rd special seminar of Carpigiani Gelato Pastry University features Fabrizio Fiorani, a young star who innovates contemporary pastry in fine-dining kitchen. The seminar will introduce gelato pastry specialties inspired from Fiorani’s recent publication “Between Dreams and Reality” (Chiriotti Editori, available here) in which he expresses his ambition, obsession and passion, imagination and aesthetical strength.
