Made from products, concepts and ideas Made in Italy, the Italico Gelato, presented by the artisan Davide De Stefano, Gaetano Vincenzi e Pasquale Monteleone, arrived in Australia. Here Luigi De Luca, Sicilian granite ambassador in the world, organized in his Cremeria (84 Ramsay Road Five Dock, New South Wales, Australia) a two-days event to share the social values between community and professionals and promote the Italian products.
De Luca presented the Italico-Australia: gelato of mascarpone from Lombardy, milk infused with Sardinian saffron and decorated with cubed dried Calabrian figs matured for 48 hours in hydrohoney from March.
The free offers of the two-days activity have been completely devolved to Handital NSW Inc, an association for Italian families and friends of people with disabilities. Language can be a barrier in getting information, services and care. Handital is able to provide support and assistance, as well as some social activities.
