New Yorkers, get ready to be transported back in time! On September 27th and 28th at 7 p.m. guests who flock to Le Grand Fooding festival will treated to the Le Fooding Time Mach’Inn, a splendid event for foodies that highlights the food trends of the last 30 years. Le Fooding Time Mach’Inn breaks down the food trends in three parts: The Fusion Cuisine Years (1991-1999), The Bistronomy Years (1998-2007) and The Farm-to-Table Years (2008-2013). Tickets are only available for 100 guests who will enjoy a 4-course flashback dinner with three Jameson Black Barrel cocktails.
Participating chefs include Peter Gordon from The Sugar Club London, Yves Camdeborde of Le Comptoir du Relais in Paris, and Frank Falcinelli and Frank Castronovo of Frankies Spuntino & Prime Meats in New York. The featured mixologists will be Jeannette Levis and Tristan Willey.
