“Today we are proud to reveal the next step in our growth path – declares Iginio Massari, with his childrens Debora and Nicola -. In one of the noblest Italian settings, our pride in the world, the cradle of the Renaissance and the expression of pure and eternal beauty, here we are in Florence “. The Iginio Massari Alta Pasticceria brand thus announces its debut in the city alongside the Starhotels Hotel Group and the opening of the new pastry shop is scheduled for autumn, in collaboration with the Helvetia & Bristol Hotel, in the very central Via dei Vecchietti. A careful restoration and modernization has preserved the original nineteenth-century structure and enriched the hotel with the Bristol wing adjacent to the building, where the new store will be located.
The positive attitude and the relentless drive to act as a protagonist on the Italian scene have always pushed Massari to action, as he tells us in the interview that appears in the summer issue of “Pasticceria Internazionale”, in which he enthusiastically anticipates the project as a result of the brand’s intention to focus on the national market: it will be our largest venue, 450 m2 with an internal hall, located in the city center”. In the same interview on the issue currently being released (link to subscribe), he tells us other news, all to read!
