The NY Cake Show, created by Lisa Mansour, celebrates innovation in the cake artist community achieving resounding success every year. It is the only cake show in NYcity.
People come from all over the world to the NY Cake Show: Australia, Canada, Bahamas, China and from all the United States. It has become a truly international event.
This year, the NY Cake Show features a Broadway-themed cake decorating competition, curated international exhibitor floor, free and ticketed demonstrations, hands-on classes, and delicious food and beverages for sale throughout the day.
Lisa Mansour promises the best cakes you’ve ever seen! The NY Cake Show brings together the greatest cake designer and amateurs in a great show where competition aims to discover new techniques, new talents and trends.
The contest participants will have the opportunity to confront with judges, explain their work, and get useful tips for professional growth.

In 2013, Lisa Mansour put on the first annual NY Cake Show. The idea for the show was bred from the small cake shows and competitions that her mother used to put on for her students and it has since continued to grow in size and splendor each year going from 100 attendees in the first year to over 3,000 in 2016.
About Lisa Mansour
Lisa Mansour has won several awards from the Société Culinaire Philanthropique including “Best in Show”, and she was recently invited by the French Culinary Institute to judge students’ final exams, grading each on appearance, design and taste. She has also been inducted into The Wilton Method Instructor Hall of Fame. Martha Stewart Radio, NY1, American Cake, and The Bravo Network have all recognized and featured Lisa, her store and its latest products, and most recently she was on ‘Not My Mama’s Meals’ with Bobby Deen on The Cooking Channel.
