Relais Desserts created the Prix d’Excellence de la Pâtisserie, i.e. three special awards which will be given to outstanding people in the world of confectionery in 2013. The awards – for the best confectionery blog (given to a blog amateur), for the best confectionery book, for the best pastry chef – will be given next September.
