Paris Gourmet presents the 28th Annual U.S. Pastry Comeptition on March 5, 2017 at the International Restaurant & FoodService Show of New York.
Fifteen accomplished chefs from the pastry world have been selected to compete for the coveted title, Pastry Chef of the Year.
The event allows leading pastry chefs to showcase their talent by creating a mini pastry buffet with a highy technical sculpted chocolate showpiece. The assigned theme is: Modern Masters Come to Chocolate.
Competitors pre-qualify by submtting recipe entries, photo and resumes.

Board members of the Societe Culinaire Philanthropique, one of the oldest and most prestigious chef associationa in the world, preside over the judging procedures.
The Societe is responsible for the organization of several talent promoting events in the industry ad the founder of the Culinarian’s Home Foundation, Inc.; a retirement in the culinary and hospitality profession.
The winners will be announced at the awards cerimony which will be take place on March 5 at 4:00 PM.
