Sweet potato-brown croffin

It is a purple chlorine tuber in its interior with a great contribution of fiber, but in this case its integration in the recipe is more aimed at giving a natural intense purple color. Combined with a cream of candied chestnuts (marrons). Its attractive and natural color is very attractive and eye-catching.

 

 

CREAM OF MARRONS GLAÇES

330 gr brown pasta MONTBLANC SOSA
35 gr clarified butter CORMAN
½ VANILLA POD
1 pinch of salt

Mix the brown paste with the rest of the ingredients in the blender with the paddle. Inject into the base of the sweet potato croffins.
