The theme of this year is Diamonds Are A Girl’s Best Friend. Lady Luxuries.
Pastry chefs must submit an original recipe using Cacao Noel Chocolate and Ravifruit fruit puree; a chocolate bonbon recipe; and a recipe for a plated dessert. Each participating chef will also submit a chocolate showpiece which relates to the theme and will be judged on the use of chocolate/sugar, visual appeal, inventiveness in artistic presentation and flavour combination but also texture, technique, and successful theme execution.
