The birth of a great pastry shop

With our director Livia Chiriotti, the well-known Turin pastry chef Alessandro Dalmasso and Marco Taurian, the architect of Tecnoarredamenti, tell how the project for the Dalmasso Pastry Shop was developed as a true temple of dessert in Rivoli, in the province of Turin. And, in the background, there is the symphony of Alessandro’s mignons, the true pride of a professional who is also the president of the Club Italia Club Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.

This testimony opens the scene on the elegant and functional furnishings by Tecnoarredamenti at the service of Dalmasso haute patisserie, a design developed to express the artisan character, to enhance production and to preserve it in the best possible way during the day, in terms of organoleptic characteristics and shape. From the initial idea to the final project: a “two-person” path, nourished by listening and the common desire to express quality and uniqueness, with the same attention to details that the pastry chef himself gives to his precious great mignon patisserie, encoded with passion and great competence in the pages of his book “La Grande Piccola Pasticceria” by Chiriotti Editori (in Italian and English).
